$7,500 guaranteed Pick-5 pool at Batavia Downs Wednesday

Batavia, NY — After no one hit the Pick-5 at Batavia Downs on Saturday (Sept. 20), there is a $2,556 carryover pool for that wager in the first race at Batavia on Wednesday (Sept. 24). As a result, the management of Batavia Downs has announced that the pool will be guaranteed at $7,500 through the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering program.

As part of that program, Trackmaster will provide free full past performance forms that can be downloaded at handicapping.ustrotting.com.

The Pick-5 at Batavia Downs is a 50-cent minimum wager that starts in race one and runs through race five. Post time for the first race is 6 p.m.

Also on Wednesday, there is a $2,016 carryover in the Jackpot Super Hi-5 pentafecta wager in the night’s 13th race, which has an estimated post time of 10:00 p.m.
