2008 OTB BRANCH PRELIMINARY CONTEST RULES.

1.   Entries limited to one per person. Any person submitting more than one entry
will be disqualified. Participants must be 18 years or older.

2. All contest forms must be completed and returned to the contest representative
by post time of the first race at Belmont Park -
at 1:00 p.m. All contestants
begin with a $100 mythical bankroll.

3. Races 2-5-7 are mandatory contest races, at least $10 must be wagered on
those races. The remaining $70 can be placed on any race 1-8 including
races 2-5-7. All mythical wagers must be made in $10 increments.

4. Contestants should also select a back-up choice that will only be used if their
first selection is
scratched. If the first selection is scratched all money
wagered automatically transfers to backup selection. If both contestants
selections are scratched they receive no pick for that race. Contestants are
responsible for knowing the scratches, backup only used for a late scratch.

5. The prices will be calculated as OTB prices. The Win mutuel will be capped
at
$40.00 based on a $2 mutuel payout. If playing an entry, contestants will
receive both parts but if one part is scratched they will receive the remaining
part.

6. In the event of a tie for any top three positions, the tiebreaker will be decided
by the highest winning mutuel price of the winners selected during the contest.
If the contestant (s) remain tied, then the next highest winning mutuel will
decide the winner.

7. The highest bankroll will win a $25 wagering voucher and if the winner is
present when the final race official scores are posted, he/she will receive
an additional $25 wagering voucher. In the case where a branch will run
its own contest, there will not be an additional prize for winner being in
attendance.
